Dean oversees three independent programs offering Outpatient, Inpatient, Partial Hospitalization, Withdrawal Management and Medication Assistant Treatment in Baltimore, MD., Wilmington, DE. And Philadelphia, Pa.
Dean has extensive experience in business and is a savvy entrepreneur spanning nearly 20 years; she has the unique ability of recognizing a need and immediately building the team and creating the business model to meet the need.
Failure has never been an option for Sakina Dean, there have been obstacles and challenges, and she is a better leader because of each of them.

Since the inception of Divine Light Inc. in 2007 Dean’s accomplishments providing services for populations that are often overlooked and ignored have been recognized with many awards, citations & proclamations from both City Leaders and State & Federal Representatives.
Deans efforts pour out from her offices and into the surrounding communities thus, she has also been recognized for her selfless community service efforts that include providing more than 20,000 families fresh food & produce during the height of the COVID 19 pandemic, hundreds of back to school supplies through her annual back to school drive and hundreds of families have experienced the best Christmases they’ve ever had because of her passion to see children smile during her annual holiday toy drives. In 2021, Sakina Dean gifted more than 5000 toys to families in need for Christmas.
