Leading from behind the scenes! As the Chief Operating Officer Mr. Johnson is responsible for the daily operations of the organization and the management of each of its facilities. Johnson understands each intricate function, modality and the tactical approach needed to oversee and manage Divine Light’s operations to deliver each of our products and services effectively and efficiently.
Mr. Johnson combines his extensive executive leadership experience to provide growth, development and strategic vision to the organization.

Because of his entrepreneurial spirit and his desire to help those around him to succeed you can often find Johnson coaching clients on how to start their own business, pulling those that have trades and skills to get certifications or further trainings or creating programming that can lead to employment opportunities for clients who complete the program.

Though Johnson works behind the scenes bringing his operational, managerial and administrative procedures, reporting structures and operation controls to the company, his ability to effectively communicate, and foster growth among the executive team and all employees is apparent when he interacts with staff and clients.
