Divine Light’s primary mission is to provide every individual we come in contact with the opportunity to achieve a better way of life through recovery. The Mental Health Outpatient Program(MH-OP) delivers evidence-based outpatient mental health services designed to address mental health challenges, emotional stabilization, and mental health recovery management from diagnosed psychiatric conditions. Each member receives a comprehensive diagnostic intake, including a psychiatric evaluation, and is subsequently assigned to a master’s level mental health professional that along with the member willdevelop an individualized mental health treatment plan. Core interventions include individual psychotherapy, group therapy, psychiatric medication education/management, and individualizedlifeskills training supported by peer services. The mental health outpatient program (MH-OP) additionally provides coordinated referrals for substance abuse treatment, housing, family therapy, parenting resources, mental health community-based groups and other ancillary services as clinically indicated.
